Public Comment for WIOA Regional and Local Plans

The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Local Plan for Workforce Development Area (WDA) 4 and the Regional Plan for WDA 4 and WDA 5 are being modified for PY2026 and the subsequent period as required by State of Wisconsin WIOA policy.

WDA 4 and WDA 5 are seeking public input on the modifications being made to the Plans which can be found at the following links:

We have included a clean copy and a “track changes” version of each Plan showing the changes made since the original Plans were prepared in 2024.

The public comment period will remain open April 21 - May 22, 2026.
