Bobbi Miller has over 20 years of experience working in office settings for profit and non-profit organizations. Her experience includes conducting Lean assessments, facilitating Lean events, and implementation. She earned a Lean Lead Certificate from the Milwaukee School of Engineering. Bobbi also has a BBA majoring in Human Resources and has provided staff leadership and training to ensure that organizational goals were met. Additionally, she has experience in accounting, capital asset management, database management, and working within negotiated agreements. In addition to her experience in HR, she has successfully guided a collaborative community project to completion. She is a Certified Achieve Global Instructor for Leadership and Customer Service, and she has earned her Lean Lead Certificate from the Milwaukee School of Engineering. |

Cathy Huybers has over 20 years of progressive supervisory, training, sales, and customer service experience utilizing Lean methodologies in the service sector. She has supervised operations, trained/supervised personnel, managed reporting systems, and implemented excellent customer service methodologies. Cathy’s areas of expertise include team building, communication and customer service. She holds a BS in Physical Education: Exercise Science and a minor in Psychology. Upon completion of her thesis, fall 2007, she will have a MS in Training and Development. Cathy is certified in conflict resolution through the Winnebago Conflict Resolution Center and has earned a Lean Lead Certificate from the Milwaukee School of Engineering. She is a Certified Achieve Global Instructor for Leadership and Customer Service. |

Cheryl Welch is the CEO of the Fox Valley Workforce Development Board, Inc. She has experience in developing consortiums and fostering partnerships as evidenced in her leadership role with the implementation of the Northeast Wisconsin Economic Opportunity Study. Cheryl continues to drive community development efforts in order to improve the state of Wisconsin’s economy. Cheryl has 18 years of continuous improvement experience in both the private and public services sector. Cheryl earned her Lean Lead Certificate from Milwaukee School of Engineering. She is a Certified Achieve Global Instructor for Leadership and Customer Service. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and a Masters in Health Care Administration. Cheryl is past President of the Wisconsin Association of Job Training Executives, a Board member and Secretary of the Great Lakes Employment and Training Association, a member of the National Association of Counties Employment and Training Steering Committee, a Conference of Mayors Workforce Development Advisory Board member, a member of New North, Inc. Board and is currently serving her 8th year on the Brillion School District Board, where she has held the position of Treasurer for the past six years. |
